🏆 Rep League Participation Rules
Welcome to Rep League! Our mission is to inspire people to become healthier through friendly competition, fair play and continuous improvement.
By participating, you agree to the following rules:
1. Compete Fairly
All scores must be completed honestly and in accordance with the official Rep League challenge guidelines.
From time to time, if a score looks unusually tasty, we reserve the right to ask for video proof. If you don’t have this available, we will ask for video proof on your next Rep League attempt.
Failure to provide video proof will result in either a Duel Challenge or a good old fashioned scrubbing of that score from the relevant League.
This is part of our pledge to promote fair competition for everybody who wishes to take part.
2. Use Good Form
Only repetitions completed using the approved movement standard should be counted. Quality always comes before quantity.
3. One Athlete. One Identity.
Each athlete should compete using a single Rep Name and their chosen 4-digit PIN. This helps maintain a fair and accurate leaderboard.
4. League Progression
Your goal is to earn promotion through consistent improvement.
Athletes should compete in the league that best reflects their current ability and progress through the leagues over time.
5. Monthly Leaderboard Refresh
To keep every league active, competitive and welcoming for new athletes, leaderboard scores are refreshed one month after they are submitted.
This means:
- Previous scores are removed from the active leaderboard after one month.
- Promotions you’ve earned remain part of your personal journey.
- Removing legacy scores ensures fresh opportunities at all times for everybody to climb the leagues.
- New athletes always have the chance to compete on a level playing field.
Rep League celebrates continuous improvement—not one outstanding performance.
6. Score Visibility
The only score that will show is your highest score in any particular league.
If your highest score becomes over a month old, it will be replaced by your next best score that falls within the one month period.
7. Respect the Community
Treat all athletes with respect and encouragement.
Rep League exists to motivate people of all abilities. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, harassment, cheating or abusive conduct may result in removal from the leaderboard or community.
8. Safety First
Always exercise within your own ability.
If you have any medical concerns, seek appropriate professional advice before participating. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort.
9. Rule Updates
Rep League may update these rules from time to time to improve fairness, athlete experience and the integrity of the competition.
